Cozeva’s advanced features allows you to view your Personal Health Record (PHR), prescription, refills and test results all in one place. Cozeva enhances visibility of past visit history to your doctors and also updates you on upcoming care opportunities. Advanced features require registration (does my doctor use Cozeva?).
